Sisua Digital is a growth company operating AI-driven automation. Our core markets are in Finland, Chile, and Vietnam and we are looking for growth in Latin America, North America, and Japan. We are in the business of managed service to large enterprise customers. Over the years, we have carried out automation operations and maintenance for more than 100 customers worldwide. Currently, our team consists of 70+ consultants in our offices in Santiago de Chile, Helsinki and Hanoi.

As the Sales Executive we are looking for, you’re not just selling a solution, you’re charting the
course of an AI-driven agentic transformation with organizations that are ready to evolve but
need a guide who can navigate complexity with discipline, curiosity, and ambition.
Some days you’re uncovering challenges with customer’s process owners; other days you’re
sitting across from a C-level leader, sketching out how AI-driven automation could reshape their
business – and their people’s future. You’ll spend your time in motion: exploring, discovering, and
mapping, hunting, gathering, and pushing the frontier of what our clients believe is possible.
This is a challenge for someone who already has track record of successfully executing the set

Your Mission
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic
relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through proactive engagement
with potential clients.

What You’ll Do
• Generate new business by engaging prospective clients through strategic outreach,
networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue,
aligning with company objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring
seamless progression through the sales cycle.
• Conduct high-impact meetings with key decision-makers to understand client needs and
position solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling proposals,
negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
and refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, solution selling, and
relationship-building efforts.
