Sisua Digital acquires Efima's RPA business: "The acquisition strengthens our position in the intelligent automation market"

The pioneer of intelligent automation, Sisua Digital Oy, and Efima Oyj have signed a business transaction in which Sisua Digital will acquire Efima Oyj’s RPA business. The acquisition, which will take effect on January 31, 2025, is part of Sisua Digital’s growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading provider of intelligent automation services.
This acquisition marks the second step in Sisua Digital’s growth strategy, further solidifying its market position in Finland.
As a result of the transaction, Efima’s RPA customers will transition to Sisua Digital, and its RPA specialists will transfer to Sisua Digital under an employment transfer arrangement. The companies have also agreed on an operational partnership related to services based on UiPath technology*, ensuring continued investment in the development of RPA services.
Efima has been providing automation and RPA services for nearly ten years, having established itself as one of the pioneering players in the field in Finland. As part of its new strategy, Efima has decided to sell its RPA services to Sisua Digital.

Intelligent automation solutions across three continents
Sisua Digital adds value to its customers’ business processes by offering cost-effective, quickly deployable, and easily maintainable AI-assisted automation solutions. The company provides robotic services through the Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.

The acquisition with Efima marks the second acquisition in Sisua Digital’s history. In May 2023, the company acquired the RPA business of the Finnish company Staria, that specializes in financial management services.
